Zacs meals are in brakets if he is having something different. I still have meals from last week frozen for zac (chicken+potato+mushroom+onion+garlic+red pepper).

Menu's

Thursday

B: porridge with apple, cinnamon and banana
11am snack: banana + tea
L: tomato soup
3pm Snack: yogurt
D: slow cooked gammon, with mashed potato and brussels

Friday

B: wheat biscuits with warm milk and banana
11am snack: banana bread
L: crisp breads topped with soft cheese, and prawns
3pm Snack: banana bread
D: Thai red chicken and prawn curry with coconut rice (zac had the same but with cream stirred in to make it mild)

Saturday

B: scrambled egg on toast
L:Chilli con carni (over a friends) S:banana D:Left over thai curry in a wrap with salad

Sunday

B: blueberries, blackberries and yoghurt L: slow cooked caribbean casserole, with Jamacan potato wedges
D: left over potato wedges with salad, and sweet chilli sauce

Monday

B: porridge with apple, cinamonn and banana
11am snack: necturine, banana + tea
L: chicken soup with cooked gluten free pasta stirred in
3pm Snack: banana
D: left over casserole with mashed potato

Tuesday

B: meusli (yogurt and banana)
11am snack: necturine, banana + tea
L: pasta salad
D: slow cooked chicken casserole

Wednesday

B: porridge
11am snack: necturine, banana + tea
L: houmous and pita/crudets
3pm Snack: apple
D: vegetable and parmasan risotto
