D: chicken and pepper tacos, with homemade salsa, and gaucamole

B: lean bacon and scrambled egg

3pm Snack: orange
D:Salmon, king prawns, rice noodles, veggy stirfry

B: poached egg on toast
L: blueberries, blackberries and yoghurt
D: Bolognaise sauce on jacket potato
