Im starting my healthy eating again this week. Zacs meals are in brakets if he is having something different. I still have meals from last week frozen for zac (chicken+potato+mushroom+onion+garlic+red pepper).Menu's

3pm Snack: yogurt D: Vegetable stirfry in oyster sauce

L: crisp breads topped with cottage cheese, smoked salmon and cherry tomatoes

D: chicken and pepper tacos, with homemade salsa, and gaucamole
