Week 3 of my health kick. Zacs meals are in brakets if he is having something different. I still have meals from last week frozen for zac (fish casserole).

Menu's

Thursday

B: porridge with blueberries and blackberries
11am snack: banana + tea
L: homemade tomato and basil soup
3pm Snack: yogurt D: gluten free pasta, in a tomato, courgette and bacon sauce (using left over soup)
Exercise: Exercise class, play group

Friday

B: meusli with blueberries and warm milk
11am snack: blueberries and yoghurt
L: left over pasta mixed with tuna and mayo
3pm Snack: blackberries
D:
Exercise: Dancing at Isaacs music class

Saturday

B:
L: beef burger, topped with and red pepper salsa, gaucamole and salad
D:potato wedges, and soy sausages in a taco topped with left over salsa and guacamole
Exercise: cycle to the park

Sunday

B: poached egg on gluten free toast 11am snack: blueberries and yoghurt L: 2 soy sausages, new potatoes and parsnips, brocolli and cabbage
D:salmon with a sweetchilli glaze, potatoes and salad
Exercise: house work

Monday

B: porridge with apple, cinamonn and banana
11am snack: snack a jacks + tea
L: left over potato salad, with salmon and salad
3pm Snack: Orange
D: vegetable and parmasan risotto
Exercise: lunchtime walk

Tuesday

B: gluten free cereal
11am snack: snack a jacks+ tea
L: left over risotto and salad
3pm Snack: Orange
D: soy sausage, mash and onion gravy
Exercise: Lunchtime walk

Wednesday

B: porridge
11am snack: snack a jacks+ tea
L: salmon salad
3pm Snack: Orange
D: moussaka, with potato wedges
Exercise: Lunchtime walk
