Menu's

Friday

L: Chicken and sweetcorn Jacket potato with salad
3pm Snack: kewi
D: Roasted thyme butternut squash and parmasan risotto

Saturday

B:toast
L: Cheese sarnie
D: devonrose beef burger, with pesto and mozzerella and salad
Exercise: 2 hours of gardening

Sunday

B: spaghetti on toast L: houmous and salad D: devonrose bbq spare ribs, stirfry in oyster sauce and egg fried rice
Exercise: 2 hour walk / play in the park

Monday

B: left over spaghetti on toast.
11am snack: satsuma
L:left over egg fried rice, tuna and salad
3pm Snack: apple
D: homemade lamb and mint kebabs on a bed of fresh salad, houmous, couscous salad and pitta
Exercise: 4mile cycle

Tuesday

B: Muesli
11am snack: snack a jacks+ tea
L: left over kebabs, couscous, houmous and salad
3pm Snack: Orange
D: mushroom pizzas and salad (large mushrooms filled with mozerella, pesto, peppers and tomatos).
Exercise: 4mile cycle

Wednesday

B: porridge
11am snack: snack a jacks+ tea
L: Tuna salad
3pm Snack: Orange
D: homemade cheese and veggy quiche with salad and coleslaw
Exercise: 4mile cycle

Thursday

B: scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast
11am snack: banana + tea
L: left over quiche and salad
3pm Snack: yoghurt D: chicken fajitas (peppers, onions, tomatoes, chicken, mushrooms) Exercise: 4mile cycle
