11am snack: banana + tea
L: ham, and tomato sandwhich
3pm Snack: yoghurt
D: broadbean and parmasan risotto (broadbeans, parmasan, onions, garlic, bacon, risotto rice)
Friday
b:wheat biscuits, blueberries, black currents and mile
11am snack: banana, plumb + tea
L: cheese and spinach frittata
3pm Snack: necturine
D: Mousakka using spinach and courgettes instead of aubergines (carrots, onion, courgette, spinach, garlic, lamb, potato, parmasain, cheddar).
Saturday
B:scrambled egg on toast
11am snack: banana + tea
L: Cheese quiche and salad
3pm Snack: Satsuma
D: greek mezze (houmous, olives, pitta, salad, tahiti, chicken kebabs), couscous and chickpea salad, left over mousakka.
Followed by a blueberry and apple crumble
Exercise: 2 hours of walking
Sunday
B: spaghetti on toast
11am snack: banana + tea
L: devonrose bbq chicken, burgers and sausages (bbq) with homemade coleslaw, potato salad and pasta salad
Exercise: 2 hour walk / play in the park
Monday
B: left over spaghetti on toast.
11am snack: satsuma
L:left over salad
3pm Snack: apple
D: vegetable rogan josh with bombay potatoes (courgettes, onions, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, beans, potatoes)
Exercise: 4mile cycle
Tuesday
B: Muesli
11am snack: snack a jacks+ tea
L: left over curry wrapped up in pastry to make pasties.
3pm Snack: Orange
D: sweet and sour pork with rice
Exercise: 4mile cycle
Wednesday
B: porridge
11am snack: snack a jacks+ tea
L: left over sweet and sour
3pm Snack: Orange
D: homemade cheese and veggy quiche with salad and coleslaw
Exercise: 4mile cycle
