D: Slow cooked Beef Goulash (beef, tomatoes, onions, courgettes, peppers, garlic, paprika, BG) with rice and soured cream.

Friday

11am snack: banana, plumb + tea
L: Chicken and and sweetcorn mayo baggette at play park
3pm Snack: necturine
D: Gammon and pineapple with potato wedges and peas
Exercise: dancing in music and running around play park

Saturday

B: poached eggs on toast with grilled tomatoes
3pm Snack: necturine
L: chicken noodle soup
3pm Snack: banana
D: chinese
Exercise: play in the park

Sunday

B: beans on toast
11am snack: tea
L: left over chicken noodle soup
D: left over chinese

Monday

B: porridge with apple puree
11am snack: banana
L: chicken soup, fresh loaf
3pm Snack: satsuma
D: pasta cooked with tinned tomatoes, sliced sausages, onions, garlic, cheese and mixed herbs.
Exercise: 30min walk

Tuesday

B: Muesli
11am snack:
L: tomato soup
3pm Snack: Orange
D: beef chilli (beef, onions, garlic, chilli, canaloni beans, kidney beans, courgettes, tomatoes, green pepper, fresh chilli) with spicy rice Exercise: 30min walk

Wednesday

L: jacket potato with cheese beans
3pm Snack: satsuma
D: left over beef chilli
Exercise: 30min walk
