Thursday
B: Lemon and hot water, porridge with cinnamon and local honey,
L: Jacket potato with chilli beans
D: Homemade pizza base, topped with roasted tomato, basil and oregano sauce with roasted peppers, tomatoes, aubergine, onion and olives, and a little mozzarella banana. yoghurt
Snack: banana.
Friday
B: Lemon, ginger and hot water, banana chopped up in strawberry yoghurt,
L: Tuna and sweetcorn pasta salad
D: Vegetable eu van (carrots, fennel, onions, mushrooms, cauliflower, squash, parsnip, garlic, white wine), served with mashed potatoes
Drinks: peppermint tea, glass red wine +2 pts
Snacks: Miso soup, Snack: banana.
Saturday
B: Scrambled egg with aromate seasoning
L: Rosemary potato wedges served with houmous. +2 pts
D: Bombay Potatoes, Vegetable biriani,
Dessert: Baked apples stuffed with raisins, cinnamon, and honey with homemade custard
Drinks: peppermint tea, green tea, glass white wine +2 pts
Exercise: 2 hour walk for mushroom/chestnut picking
Sunday
B: Lemon and hot water, Potato hash (potatoes, onion and egg)
L: Fennel and chestnut soup (picking chestnuts on Saturday)
D: Mushroom stroganoff (fresh porcini mushrooms from Saturdays walk, onion, garlic, parsley, shot of sherry, Campbell’s 99% fat free mushroom soup) with wild rice
Dessert: banana crumble (banana, sweetener, cinnamon, porridge oats), with homemade custard
Monday
B: Lemon and ginger in hot water, banana, yoghurt
L: Leek and potato Soup, carrot sticks with houmous +2 pts
D: lentil Mousaka (onions, lentils, leek, garlic, tomatoes, aubergine, peppers, basil, coriander + spices)
Drinks: peppermint tea
Tuesday
B: porridge and honey, peppermint tea, lemon and ginger in hot water
L: Chickpea burgers, coriander and beans. Served with sweet chilli dip and left over houmous +2 pts
D: Carnival Squash risotto (squash, risotto rice, Campbell’s chicken soup) served inside the squash case.
Drinks: peppermint tea
Wednesday
B: Porridge with apple and cinnamon, peppermint tea
L: Squash soup (left over squash from yesturday)
D: Vegetable rosini (a greek dish made with left over chickpeas, pasta, rice, stock, onion, garlic, cinnamon)
Drinks: lemon and ginger in hot water, peppermint tea
