Were still living in a building site, and still only have a slow cooker and a toaster for preparing meals, our food bill has rocketed as I have no space to prepare things from scratch.

Menu's

Sunday

Brunch: toasted pitta, houmous, olives
D: bruschetta topped with ricotta, sundried toms, pesto, served with salad, olives, feta, houmous and crisps
Exercise: 30min walk in park

Monday

B: cereal
11am snack: banana
L: Ham salad sandwich, yoghurt
3pm Snack: satsuma, blueberries
D: more bruschetta topped with ricotta, sundried toms, pesto, served with salad, olives, feta, houmous and crisps

Tuesday

B: toast
11am snack: banana
L: left over Mezze, yoghurt
3pm Snack: Satsuma, raspberries
D: chicken, mushroom and rice soup, with crusty bread
Exercise: 30min walk

Wednesday

B: porridge with yoghurt
11am snack: banana
L: Ham salad sandwich, yoghurt
3pm Snack: satsuma, rasperries
D: pepper, tomato and parmesan spaghetti
Exercise: 30min walk

Thursday

B: porridge
11am snack: banana
L: left over pepper, tomato and parmesan spaghetti
3pm Snack: satsuma, apple
D: Slow cooked chicken and vegetable curry, served with toasted naan bread and mango chutney
Exercise: housework

Friday

B: toast, yoghurt and fruit
11am snack: banana
L: ploughmans (Ham, chutney, cheese, crisps, salad)
3pm Snack: satsuma, apple
D: slow cooked beef fajitas, served with nachos, cheese, guacamole, salsa and soured cream

Saturday

B: toast
L: left over fajitas, salad nachos and dips, yoghurt
3pm Snack: banana
D: chicken casserole
Exercise: 30min walk
