Thursday
B: porridge with honey and cinnamon
11am snack: apple
L: soft cheese and ham salad wrap
3pm Snack: satsuma, apple
D: toad in the hole, peas and mash in a red onion gravy
Exercise: dancing around the kitchen with a baby
Friday
B: fruit and fibre
11am snack: banana
L: home made chicken soup and fresh bread
3pm Snack: satsuma
D: Chicken rogan josh with saag aloo.
Exercise: dancing around the kitchen with a baby, and chasing a toddler
Saturday
B: Sausages and poached egg in a fluffy white roll
11am snack: banana
L: left over chicken soup wish fresh bread
3pm Snack: Damson Muffins
D: Bbq'd chicken served on pitta bread with herby mayonnaise, and salad
Dessert: home made Tiramisu
Exercise: foraging for haw berries, elderberries and nettles to make jam and beer.
Sunday
Brunch: poached eggs on toast
High-tea: Damson muffins and earl grey
D: slow cooked minted Lamb shank, served with peas, and mash
Exercise: 30min walk in park
Monday
B: bran flakes
11am snack: banana
L: toasted pita bread and houmous
3pm Snack: satsuma
D: left over mash mixed with left over peas, parsley and salmon to make salmon fish cakes. Served with home made tartar sauce, chunky chips and salad.
Tuesday
B: branflakes
11am snack: banana
L: left over fishcakes and salad.
3pm Snack: Satsuma, raspberries
D: BBQ chicken wings served with corn on the cob and spicy rice and salad
Exercise: 30min walk
Wednesday
B: porridge with yoghurt
11am snack: banana
L: left over rice
3pm Snack: satsuma, rasperries
D: cauliflower and macaroni cheese with crispy bacon and salad
Exercise: 30min walk
