D: salmon en crute with dauphinoise potatoes and broccoli, followed by raspberry cheese cake
Tuesday
B: branflakes
11am snack: banana
L: Cheese ploughmans.
3pm Snack: Satsuma, raspberries
D: Broccoli and cheese soup with crusty roll, followed by chocolate semolina
Exercise: 30min walk
Wednesday
B: porridge with yoghurt
11am snack: banana
L: left over mezze
3pm Snack: satsuma, rasperries
D: Chinese chicken drumsticks, vegetables in oyster sauce and mushroom and egg fried rice
