Start of healthy eating

Thursday

B: yoghurt with stewed fruits
11am snack: clementine
L: left over pork casserole with jacket potato
3pm Snack: banana
D: chicken and chorizo jambalia, served with salad
Exercise: dancing around the kitchen with a baby

Friday

B: porridge
11am snack: banana
L: tuna omlette
3pm Snack: satsuma
D: cottage pie
Exercise: music class

Saturday

Brunch: egg and grilled tomatoes
D: Dinner at a friends

Sunday

B: muesli and hot milk
L: slow roasted lamb breast with mash
D: bubble and squeek
Exercise: 2 hour walk

Monday

B: yoghurt with banana and blueberries
11am snack: cashew nuts
L: leek and potato soup
3pm Snack: raisins
D: serlion steak with carrots and potatoes
Exercise: dancing around the kitchen with a baby, and chasing a toddler

Tuesday

B: yoghurt with banana and blueberries
11am snack: banana
L: left over leek and potato soup
3pm Snack: Satsuma, raspberries
D: chicken casserole
Exercise: 30min walk

Wednesday

B: scrambled egg and beans
11am snack: banana
L: vegetable soup (using up left over veg).
3pm Snack: satsuma, rasperries
D: southern fried chicken, coleslaw and potato wedges
Exercise: dancing around the kitchen with a baby, and chasing a toddler
