Friday
B: Mango and orange smoothie, honey, lemon and ginger in hot water
L: Chicken and sweet corn soup
D: Breaded scampy, potato wedges, peas, carrots

Saturday
B: Scrambled eggs, wholemeal toast
D/L: Salmon coated in a honey, mustard and ginger glaze. served with ricotta and spinache homemade raviolli, and salad
Wine = 1 large glass

Sunday
B: Porridge with frozen raspberries and honey
L: Gammon ploughmans lunch, with salad, coleslaw pickle and beetroot
D: Homemade game pie, topped with mashed potato, served with suede and carrot mash, roasted parsnips and gravy Smile

Monday
B: Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: Jacket potato, tuna and sweetcorn mayo
D: Left over Gammon, pineapple, peas and mashed potato

Tuesday
B: raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: vegetable soup
D: cold left over game pie, served with salad, and pickle

Wednesday
B: raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: Jacket potato, mackerel, salad
D: Fish pie (salmon, cod, prawns, leeks, elf cheese sauce) topped with mashed potato and served with peas and carrots

Thursday
B: Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: Vegetable soup
D: 3 bean chilli and rice
