Saturday
B/L: left over bolognaise on a jacket potato
D: fillet steak, Skin on potato wedges, parmasan watercress salad
Wine = 2 large glasses (my birthday party)

Sunday
B: Porridge with frozen raspberries and strawberries
L: bacon roll
D: honey roasted Parsnip and Butternut squash soup

Monday
B: Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: egg and cress in a wholemeal pitta with salad, satsuma,
D: left over soup, minted lamb with with Calabrase, Cauliflour, carrots, new potatoes, and mint Gravy

Tuesday
B: raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: left over Egg and cress in a wholemeal pitta with salad
D: mushroom risotto, stewed apple with cinnamon

Wednesday
B: raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: tuna and sweet corn wholemeal pitta with Salad
D: creamy leek and bacon pasta, baked apples stuffed with cinnamon and raisins

Thursday
B: Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry with fat free yoghurt
L: left over cold pasta, with tuna and sweetcorn
D: Fish pie topped with mashed potato
