D: jacket potato, chilli beans and ham

Friday
B: porridge, honey, cinamon, yoghurt
L: left over ham in a salad, banana
D: Plaice coated in breadcrumbs, served with potato wedges and peas

Saturday
B: scrambled egg
L: roasted pepper, tomato, garlic and bacon pasta
D: mushroom risotto

Sunday
B: porridge, with honey, apple and cinnamon
L: left over roasted pepper and tomato soup
D: roast lamb in a pita with salad, houmous, coleslaw and a jacket potato

Monday
B: yogurt, raspberry smoothie
L: salmon salad
D: left over roast lamb and feta salad wrap

Tuesday
B: yogurt, cornflakes
L: salmon salad
D: Tuna and chickpea burgers, salad

Wednesday
B: Grapefruit, Yogurt
L: left over salmon, with jacket potato and side salad
D: Chinese noodles (prawns, peas, sweetcorn, chilli, egg)
