L: left over ham in a salad, banana
D: Spaghetti bolognaise

Saturday
B: scrambled egg in a pitta bread
L: 1 Bbq'd chicken breast, potato salad, coleslaw
D: left over salad and burgers

Sunday
B: poached egg, lean bacon, 2 slices of toast
L/D: lasagne

Monday
B: yogurt, raspberry smoothie
L: Tomato soup
D: low fat cheese and salad sandwhich

Tuesday
B: yogurt, cornflakes
L: Tuna salad and ryebreads
D: Chinese noodles (peas, sweetcorn, onion, peppers, tomatoes, egg)

Wednesday
B: Grapefruit, Yogurt
L: sardene salad and rye breads
D: chicken omlette
