D: Tuna pasta bake
Friday
B: Special K with berries, skimmed milk, OJ
L: left over tuna pasta, salad
D: Beef Casserole, mustardy mash potatoes, carrots
Saturday
B: Scrambled egg
L: Prawn mayo Jacket potato
D: BBQ'd burger, sausage, salad
Sunday
B: poached egg, lean bacon, 2 slices of toast
L/D: Potato rosti, Gammon, apple sauce
Monday
B: yogurt, banana, OJ
L: left over Gammon, and apple Roll
D: left over gammon, chopped up, and served with pasta in a creamy cheese and brocolli sauce.
Tuesday
B: yogurt, banana, OJ
L: Left over Pasta with mayo, sweetcorn and can of tuna stirred in, apple, pear
D: Homemade Lamb doner (lamb, cinnamon, onion, pepper, mint, chilli, cumin) fat free yoghurt and mint sauce, pitta, Houmous, salad +
Melon for dessert
Wednesday
B: yogurt, banana, OJ, left over melon
L: left over doner, houmous and salad in a pita, apple, pear
D: left over lamb mince turned into lamb risoni (chickpeas, pasta, rice, cinnamon, cumin, chicken stock)
