L: Tinned tuna, Jacket potato, side salad
D: Sweet and sour vegetable sirfry and noodles

Friday
B: Special K with berries, skimmed milk, OJ
L: left over veggy stir fry, on a jacket potato
D: roast chicken, carrots, new potatoes

Saturday
B: Porridge
L: left over roast chicken, in chicken and sweetcorn soup
D: wagamamas tofu and rice noodle soup

Sunday
B: porridge
L/D: bbq chicken and salad

Monday
B: yogurt, banana, OJ
L: hog roast and salad
D: salmon and cream cheese salad

Tuesday
B: yogurt, banana, OJ
L: houmous and olive salad (lettuce and tomato from the garden)
D: pasta in a homemade courgette, pepper, mushroom, onion and tomato sauce

Wednesday
B: yogurt, banana, OJ
L: houmous and salad in a pita with left over roasted veg
D: left over houmous with minted lamb strips, pitta and salad
