Friday
B: carrot, apple, ginger smoothie
L: ham and mushroom omlette
D: Duck Fajitas, homemade salsa, peppers, onions, courgettes, mushrooms

Saturday
B: Mushroom and ham omlet
L: left over mexican rice and lentil salad
D: spicy Minced pork with rice

Sunday
B: yogurt, Banana, Orange juice
L: Salmon and potato salad
D: Thai style King prawns, lemon grass, chilli, corriander soup

Monday
B: meusli, skimmed milk
L: left over thai soup
D: Thai red curry (peppers, onions, tomatoes, brocolli, green beans, courgettes, mushrooms), spinach noodles

Tuesday
B: meusli, skimmed milk
L: Tuna and sweetcorn jacket potato
D: Veggy pasta (mushooms, peppers, onions,garlic, basil tinned tomatoes)

Wednesday
B: meusli, skimmed milk
L: cold pasta with tuna and sweetcorn
D: Jacket potato with low fat cheese and baked beans
