B: Orange juice
L: 3 Rice cakes topped with soft cheese, ham and tomato + side salad
D: Chicken and red pepper fajitas. + 2 double gin and tonics
Saturday
B: mushroom, onion, tomatoes, courgettes, peppers and cheddar cheese omlette with side salad
L/D: Beef and horseraddish Casserole (170g Diced Beef, Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Potato, bay, ginger, boquet garnie, Worcestershire sauce) + 1.5 glasses of red wine (0.5 for the casserole)
Sunday
B/L: 2tbs Houmous, salad, 100g swedish meatballs, inside 2 mini pitta breads
D: Broccoli and stilton soup
Monday
B: orange juice
L: 3 Rice cakes topped with soft cheese, ham and tomato + side salad
D: tomato and basil pasta
Tuesday
B: orange juice
L: Left over tomato pasta
D: Sweet and sour chicken, with egg fried rice
Wednesday
B: orange juice
L: lentil and bacon soup
D: 2 wagamama raw juice, and Wagamama ramen
Thursday
B: orange juice
L: 3 Rice cakes topped with soft cheese, ham and tomato + side salad
D: Jacket potato topped with tuna and sweetcorn
