Had a HUGE peice of lamb in the meat box, so its being spread out over quite a few meals.

Friday
B: orange juice, porridge
L: Chicken soup
D: lamb steaks with Mash, peas, carrots and minty gravy
exercise: 30min walk

Saturday
B: porridge with cinnamon and apple
L: Left over lamb mixed into a minty bulgar wheat, chickpeas and onion salad
D: left over bulgar wheat salad
exercise: 3 hour walk around surrey hills

Sunday
B: Tea, and banana smoothie
L: lamb pot roast, with carrots,shallots, garlic, bay, rosemary, purple sprouting brocolli, spring greens, and new potatoes. followed by stewed apple, raspberry and cinamonn topped with fat free yoghurt
D: lamb and vegetable soup (left over dinner blitzed with more stock)
exercise: 1.5 hour walk around Hawley + 30min jog

Monday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: Brocolli soup
D: lamb and vegetable soup with wheat free pasta stired in
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back)

Tuesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: tuna and pasta salad (cook extra pasta nigt before)
D: 2 soy sausages choped up and skewered on a stick with peppers, red onion and courgettes, cooked in a Tiriaki sauce, and served with wild rice
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back)

Wednesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: pepper, courgette, egg and salmon rice salad (cook extra rice the night before)
D: leek, courgette and parmasan tagletalli
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back)

Thursday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over tagletelli salad
D: sweet and sour vegetable stirfry, with egg fried rice
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back) + 2 hours badminton
