I am having a mainly vegetarian week this week as I ate alot of red meat last week
Friday
B: orange juice, porridge
L: Chicken and sweetcorn mayo jacket potato
D: Lean Beef and mushroom stroganoff, with bulgar wheat
exercise: 40min walk
Saturday
B: porridge with cinnamon and apple
L: mexican spicy rice
D: Chilli bean fajita, with mexican spicy rice
exercise: 1 hour walk
Sunday
B: scrambled egg, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes
L/D: Vegetable casserole (Carrots, Potatoes, potato, onions, leeks, red lentils, split peas, pearl barley, bay) with herby dumplings
Monday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: Left over veggy casserole
D: Spanish omelette, garlic mushrooms and patatas bravas (potatoes in a chilli and tomato sauce)
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back)
Tuesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over omelette
D: roasted Squash, PS brocolli, parmasan and thyme risotto
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back)
Wednesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over roasted squash made into soup (with parmasan)
D: Home made pasta, served with a spinach, Roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and onion, and fresh herb sauce (topped with parmasan) and served with home made garlic bread.
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back)
Thursday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over Pasta salad
D: Home made Crispy thin Pizza (made the same time as the garlic bread the night before), topped with left over pasta sauce and mozerella
exercise: 1 hour walk (to work and back) + 2 hours badminton
