D: homemade fish fingers with mashed potato and peas
exercise: 80min walk

Saturday
B: Porridge with cinnamon and apple
L: Mushroom omlette
D: Vegetable moglai korma (coriander, yogurt, saltanas, squash, cauliflower, cumin, cardamon, mustard and cinnamon). with pillou rice, and bombay potatoes

Sunday
B: scrambled egg, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes
L/D: Pork loin with parsnips, brocolli, new potatoes, apple sauce

Monday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: Left over pork and apple in pitta with salad
D: ginger and lemon veggy stirfry with Spring rolls, egg fried rice,
exercise: 80min walk (to work and back)

Tuesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over fried rice and stirfry
D: coriander and chickpea couscous, with minted lamb

Wednesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over couscous salad
D: Home made pasta, served in a creamy leek and courgette sauce
exercise: 80min walk (to work and back)

Thursday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over Pasta salad
D: squash and parmasan risotto

exercise: 80min walk (to work and back) + 2 hours badminton
