This is last weeks, which i completly forgot to post!

Friday
B: orange juice, porridge
L: carrot and coriander soup
D: homemade veggy fajitas
exercise: 80min walk

Saturday
B: Porridge with cinnamon and apple
L: roasted parsnips with sweetchilli dip
D: veggy enchaladas, made with left over fajita ingrediants

Sunday
B: scrambled egg, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes
L/D: roast beef fillet, roast potatoes and parsnips, cauliflower, and purple sprouting brocolli

Monday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: Left over pork and apple in pitta with salad
D:

Tuesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: left over fried rice and stirfry
D: left over beef, and bubble and squeak

Wednesday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: tomato soup
D: Home made chicken korma, bombay potatoes, rice

Thursday
B: porridge with, banana, apple and cinammon + orange juice
L: tuna jacket potato
D: left over chicken korma, bombay potatoes, rice

exercise: 80min walk (to work and back) + 2 hours badminton
