Friday

L: Pita bread filled with chicken, salsa and salad
D: Chicken breast, Potatoes and carrots
exercise: 80min walk (to work and back)

Saturday
B: yogurt, muesli, blackberries
L: Tomato and basil soup with gluten free roll and salad
D: pork and pineapple kebabs, sweetchilli sauce, 200g greens, and salad

Sunday
B: 1 poached egg, turkey rashers, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes
L: sweet potato topped with baked beans, grilled mushrooms salad
D: roast chicken, roasted sweet potato, carrots and brocolli

Monday
B: yogurt, 15g oats, blackberries, pineapple
L: cottage cheese with a side salad and lowfat yogurt
D: Tomato and basil pasta with a side salad
exercise: 80min walk (to work and back)

Tuesday
B: yogurt, 15g oats, blackberries, pineapple
L: leek, smoked ham and cheese pasta
D: Tuna steak topped with pepper and lemon juice, served with stirfry veg and brown rice
exercise: 80min walk (to work and back) + 45mins Pilates

Wednesday
B: yogurt, 15g oats, blackberries, pineapple
L: brown rice salad (peppers, salsa, sweetcorn, orange, spring onion)
D: 3 soy sausages, mashed sweet potato, carrots, gravy
exercise: 80min walk (to work and back) + 60mins Aerobics
