Morning sickness has passed and I CAN EAT AGAIN yay

Sunday
B: Potato hash (potatoes, onion and egg) + earl grey tea
L: lentil soup
D: shepards pie, (lamb mince, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, peppers, green beans)
Dessert: raspberry crumble (raspberries from the garden, sweetener, cinnamon, porridge oats), with homemade custard

Monday
B: banana, yoghurt + OJ
L: lentil soup + earl grey tea
D: left over shepards pie, brocolli, gravy

Tuesday
B: Granola, yogurt, raisins + OJ
L: left over lentil soup + earl grey tea
D: vegetable pasta bake + earl grey tea
Exercise: 45mins PIlates

Wednesday
B: Cornflakes with skimmed milk and grapes
L: tuna and sweetcorn with left over pasta
D: Vegetable rosini (a greek dish made with left over pasta, chickpeas, rice, stock, onion, garlic, cinnamon)

Thursday
B: banana, yoghurt + OJ
L: Tomato and basil soup
D: Vegetable stir fry, egg fried rice
Snack: banana.

Friday
B: Granola, yogurt, raisins + OJ
L: Left over Tomato and basil soup
D: Salmon steaks topped with a sweet mustard glaze, served with new potatoes, brocolli and carrots.

Saturday
B: Scrambled egg with aromate seasoning
L: Rosemary potato wedges served with houmous. +2 pts
D: Vegetable biriani
Dessert: Baked apples stuffed with raisins, cinnamon, and honey with homemade custard
