3pm Snack: necturine + tea
D: Roasted Butternut squash and Parmasan risotto (BNS, onion, garlic, rice, parmasan)
Saturday..
B: Scrambled eggs with grilled tomatoes
11am snack: Necturine + peppermint tea
L: Roasted butternut squash soup, and Corn on the cobs
3pm Snack: Banana + decaf coffee
D: Pork and Apple Casserole served with steamed cabbage and mash (pork, apple, potato, onion, garlic, carrots)
Sunday..
B: Scrambled eggs with grilled tomatoes
11am snack: Necturine + peppermint tea
L: Roast Chicken breast served with bubble and squeek (made with left over cabbage and potatoes),
3pm Snack: Roman apple cake
D: Chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup (made with left over roast chicken, and left over corn on the cobs).
Monday
B: cornflakes + skimmed milk + OJ
11am snack: banana + peppermint tea
L: left over chicken and sweetcorn soup
3pm Snack: apple
D: spicy Chicken wings, mexican spicy rice.
Tuesday
B: cornflakes + skimmed milk + OJ
11am snack: banana + peppermint tea
L: left over spicy rice salad
3pm Snack: apple
D: Spaghetti bolognaise
Exercise: 45mins PIlates
Wednesday

L: left over pasta salad, mixed with ham, and parmasan

D: left over bolognaise sauce served in tortillas and topped with cheese
