D: Fish pie (coli, plaice, brocolli, carrots, red pepper, onion, potato, cheese sauce)
Friday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: left over brocolli and potato made into soup
3pm Snack: necturine + tea
D: mushroom and parmasan risotto (mushroom, onion, garlic, rice, parmasan), with a sticky baslamic sauce, served with a side salad.
Saturday..
Brunch: bacon, potato and egg hash
3pm Snack: Banana + decaf coffee
D: slow cooked steak and onion pie served with new potatoes (steak, mushrooms, potato, onion, garlic, carrots, thyme, parsley)
Sunday..
B: Scrambled eggs with grilled tomatoes
11am snack: Necturine + peppermint tea
L: BBQ Minced beef made into burgers, large potato and green salad
3pm Snack: Roman apple cake
D: baked camenbert and crudets
Monday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: left over cheese and biscuits

D: Cassoulet, (cannalonni beans, chicken, onions, sausage, beans, garlic, carrots, celery, goose fat, boquet garnie), served with a side salad.
Tuesday

L: left over Cassoulet

D: homemade cheese raviolli, served with a side salad.
