Thursday
B: banana, yogurt
11am snack: apple + peppermint tea
L: Tuna salad
3pm Snack: necturine
D: shepards pie (peas, carrots, courgette, red pepper, onion, garlic, lean lamb mince potato, cream) topped with Dauphinoise potatoes rather then mash

Friday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: left over shepards pie
3pm Snack: necturine + tea
D: breaded cod, carrots, new potatoes, green beans, served with a side salad.

Saturday..
B: Meusli and skimmed milk + cuppa
3pm Snack: Banana + decaf coffee
D: homemade chicken and mushroom pie served with new potatoes, and runner beans (chicken, mushrooms, potato, onion, garlic, carrots, courgette, puff pastry, parsley, thyme, parsley)

Sunday..
Brunch: bacon, potato and egg hash
3pm Snack: Roman apple cake
D: left over pastry, used to make steak and musroom pies. served with bubble and squeek

Monday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: left over cheese and biscuits
3pm Snack: apple
D: courgette and bacon pasta bake.

Tuesday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: left over pasta bake and side salad
3pm Snack: apple
D: vegetable, parmasan and bacon risotto, served with a side salad.


Wednesday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: left over risotto into risotto cakes
3pm Snack: apple
D: vegetable rogan josh, with special rice.
