I have a large chicken to use up this week, a neck of lamb and an old loaf. so this is what meals will be made this week
Thursday
B: porridge with apple and cinamonn
11am snack: banana + peppermint tea
L: cornish pasty
3pm Snack: necturine
D: homemade chicken kiev, with greek roasted veggies, homemade half baked chocolate brownies and icecream
Friday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: jacket potato topped with cheese and beans
3pm Snack: necturine + tea
D: Thai red chicken curry, with wild rice and brocolli, followed by melon
Saturday
B: Meusli and skimmed milk + cuppa
L: Courgette frittata and salad
D: feta, bacon and roasted veg quiche, with salad, with left over brownies and iceream
Sunday
Brunch: bacon, potato and egg hash
3pm Snack: left over brownies
D: roast chicken, with greek roasted veg, bread and butter pudding
Monday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: vegetable risotto
3pm Snack: chocolate cookies
D: risotto cakes, with sweet chilli houmous, pita and salad
Tuesday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: vegetable couscous
3pm Snack: chocolate cookies
D: slow cooked neck of lamb casserole.
Wednesday
B: Yogurt and Banana
11am snack: apple+ tea
L: jacket potato topped with chilli
3pm Snack: apple
D: left over lamb mixed with couscous and chickpeas.
