Risotto mixtures
Buy a large bag of risotto rice, and some kilner jars. If you know how to recognise wild mushrooms (if not go on a course before attempting to pick your own). Pick the tops off some Porchini mushrooms (always leave some of the stem in the ground), slice and dry out. Once dried add to the rice in the kilner jars with a veg stock cube, dried parsley and onion and garlic powder. Alternatives to this is to use other dried veg, never put wet ingrediants into the dried mixture and offer as a gift, as rice can harbour bacteria.
